Ashley Warwick, E-RYT is a yoga teacher and public speaker, offering dynamic yoga classes and yoga philosophy lectures in northern New Hampshire and Vermont. Her alignment-focused vinyasa flow classes are smooth, fun, and energetic, encouraging each student to find their rhythmic breath and reconnect to their own sense of aliveness. Gentler modifications are offered as well as deeper and more challenging variations for those who crave a little fire. Ashley completed her SmartFlow® yoga teacher training with renowned "teacher's teacher" Annie Carpenter in 2012. She taught for four years at several of Los Angeles’s premier yoga studios before relocating to the Northeast in 2016. In addition to weekly public classes, Ashley offers local and destination yoga retreats, lectures, and specialty workshops. From Southern Georgia, Mary Keane brings a playful, enthusiastic, southern approach to group fitness classes. She received her Yoga certification through Omcore Yoga and Body in Saint Simons Island, GA in 2014 then completed her PureBarre certification in 2015. All of her classes are sure to make you sweat with a swift pace and challenging shapes. Mary provides a distinctive variety in her Barre sequencing, incorporating a power yoga inspired warm up and ending with a brief Savasana to reset the mind and body. Mary invites each student to break free of self-doubt and discover their truest potential through energized movement.
Emily is a Vermont native and a dancer at heart! She fell in love with dance and movement as a child and found that teaching Barre has reignited that passion. She received her Barre certification through The Barre Guild Academy in 2018 and brings her many years of professional dance training to each of her classes. Emily’s empowering Barre classes are always set to great music with exciting choreography. Her classes are challenging but accessible with a focus on elongating and strengthening muscles.
