Q: Where is this Fitness Studio Located?
A: Studium Fitness has two studio locations! Our Danville, VT location and our new state of the art studio in Littleton, NH, which is located within the Rail Trail Village building.

Q: What does each studio offer?
A: The Danville, VT fitness studio is a single room fitness studio which offers strength training and barre classes as well as personal training. The Littleton location has a wide range of class offerings (barre, pilates, TRX, mobility/stability) as well as a strength and cardio gym (coming soon…).

Q: What should I know before my first class?
A: We want your first class at Studium to be stress-free and fun! Our classes are designed with modifications for all fitness levels unless otherwise noted. We encourage everyone to move at their own pace and comfortability judgement-free. Sometimes your first class can be intimidating, so we recommend showing up 10-15 minutes early to meet our instructor, get set up, and have any questions answered. You can also schedule a Personal Training Session with our trainer who can help you decide which classes will be best for you.

Q: How do I book a class?
A: You can book through Wellness Living platform right from our site, but the easiest way to manage your bookings is to download the Studium Fitness App from your app store.

Q: What is the Studium Fitness cancellation policy?
A: Please cancel your class 12hrs in advance. This allows for anyone on a waitlist to be able to get their workout in that day! All no-show visits for passholders will result in the loss of a class credit as well as rewards points.

Q: How does the waitlist work?
A: Sign up for the waitlist and if/when someone drops out of the class, you’ll be automatically added and will recieve an email alerting you.

Q: What happens if I am unable to use my membership or class pass at any point of it’s duration?
A: Much like CSA, our class passes and memberships are pre-purchased have their own set timeframes and expirations. Please take expirations/timeframes into consideration when planning which option is best for you and your schedule. If there is an extenuating circumstance and you are unable to use your pass/membership for more than 50% of it’s timeframe please let us know and we will try to work with you.

Q: I’m having issues with my app, what should I do?
A: Technology is great, but sometimes can be a bother! If you have any issues with our app please let us know so we can fix it.

Q: What should I wear to class?
A: For all classes wear something that you feel comfortable moving in. Most people wear some sort of leggings and a fitted top or t-shirt. Grip socks are helpful for barre and pilates classes, and you can purchase them in our retail shop (coming soon…), but bare foot is okay too. Clean sneakers to be worn for TRX classes. Always check the “read me” of a new class you are taking for any important notes.

Q: Does Studium provide mats?
A: Yes! Studium provides Manduka mats that are disinfected after each use, but feel free to bring your own mat to put on top. If you are attending a Studium event outside of the studio please bring your own mat.

Q: Should I bring anything to class?
A: Water and a towel are always a good idea!

Q: Are there changing rooms?
A: Yes! Studium has two changing rooms and a clean bathroom with a shower if you need it.

Q: Can I bring my teen?
A: Studium now offers a teen drop-in pass for $10! This pass is for teens 18 and under. They must be accompanied by an adult.

Q: Does Studium sell gift cards?
A: Yes! You can purchase an e-gift card by downloading the Studium Fitness app OR email us at hello@studiumfitness.com and we can help you.
