Beth Hibshman

Beth, our founder and fearless leader, has been a personal trainer for over 15 years. She has a degree in Exercise Science from Vermont State University. Her classes in Littleton and Danville are laser focused on alignment and strengthening. With one-on-one training she uses her vast knowledge of the body to help you hone in on your fitness goals or help you figure out which class is best for you!
Cassie Pastula

Cassandra, Cassie for short, is a local who grew up in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. Cassie graduated with honors and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Vermont State University in 2023. Cassie's concentration was in Strength and Conditioning and became a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association in June of 2022. Cassie has previously worked as a student Strength and Conditioning Coach and a personal trainer/group fitness coach at RecFit St. J. She joins us now in Littleton and Danville studios!
