What are you longing to shed? This is the season that invites us to release. Leaves are dropping.
Daylight, dwindling. The earth is exhaling, making space for new life. So often, we want
desperately to free ourselves from old habits and welcome fresh energy. We try to let go, but
we hit a wall. We feel stuck. This 4-part series invites us into a new relationship with surrender
and with ourselves. We will begin each class with a gentle yoga practice, move into a guided
meditation, and integrate our experience through journaling and sharing conversation.
Please bring an intention of what you long to shed, comfortable clothing, and a journal. Yoga
mats and bolsters provided. Bring anything else you’d like to feel comfortable sitting in
meditation.
